The project is designed to provide customer services.
It includes functional to view incoming requests from clients to the customer support, proceed queries, ticket forwarding to "external" experts (technical department, for example) by email, automatic email processing of replies from external specialists, view statistics of operators, on queries topics, search of similar problems in the database of closed tickets.
The main objective of the project was to make the interface as fast as possible and to see requests updates in real time, so we decided to use NodeJS and socket.io opportunities.
The system is designed to connect various queries sources via an external API interface, all requests are grouped by projects, each project can create its own queries and processed by different independent teams of operators.

The system was developed by team of three people:
- Programmer (senior), knowledge of all the technologies used on the project, was also an architect and teamlead.
- Front-end programmer (senior), suggested using angularjs and laid the groundwork for the frontend.
