One of our biggest customers is an American company US Surface Warehouse (USSW) which is engaged in the production and sale of building materials. Our cooperation with them started in 2008, we developed first promo site for the promotion of the brand Livingstone (worktops) - http://www.livingstonesurfaces.com. The first version of the site was made on HTML tables and pieces of images and Flash animations on the main page. Now it's a modern catalog of products with a full CRM system and additional services for partners. In 2009, the client began to sell their products at the largest online marketplace costco.com. New brand "Supply My Counter" was created: countertopsbysupplymycounter.com. We had a task to develop an integrated project starting with brand logo, ending with complex ERP system for receiving and processing orders and payments. In 2010 USSW expanded and created a new company "Glue Warehouse” the production and sale of construction adhesives and accessories. We had a task todevelop custom online store gluewarehouse.com. This shop is focused on wholesale customers and contains many unique functional. In conjunction with the site we developed multifunction ERP system which enables management of orders, client accounts, credit limits, payments, products, price lists, etc. Also, the system has been integrated with the existing in a company document system, based on IBM Lotus Notes. In 2011 USSW transferred to us the management of their entire software infrastructure, including complex ERP system based on IBM Lotus Notes, Intuit QuickBooks (accounting program - http://quickbooks.intuit.com), ACCTivate! (warehouse program - http://www.acctivate.com) and all auxiliary systems. We had a task to support and develop the whole complex of enterprise information systems. Long-term goals were the maximum automation of all business processes and a smooth transition from an outdated ERP system based on Lotus Notes Notes to the current online solution capable of processing large amounts of data. At this point, the system consists of a plurality of components and automation systems.
